Sheryl also connects with each woman one-on-one before the retreat to get a feel for who will be a good match.

Enjoy a room all to yourself- your own space to unwind, reflect, and recharge. This option is ideal if you know you need quiet time at the end of the day or simply enjoy having a peaceful place to call your own. You'll still be part of every group moment, but when itโs time to rest, youโll have full privacy and comfort to decompress at your own pace. Solo doesnโt mean alone- just space to reset in your own rhythm.
