Embarking on a Detour in the Dolomites in June 2022 marked a significant milestone, as it was Dare's inaugural international adventure—a cherished experience close to my heart. Nestled in the enchanting Alta Badia, our stay in a quaint village of fewer than 500 residents felt like a warm, anticipatory welcome. The Dolomites unfolded their world-class hiking trails, presented exceptional local cuisine, shared the richness of regional history, and invited us into the embrace of the community. The genuine hospitality of the locals, who often shared meals and stories, made this trip truly unforgettable.
